Privacy policy

This policy applies to all apps and games published by Curi Studios LLC ("we", "us") on the App Store, and to this website.

What we collect

By default our apps run entirely on your device and do not require an account. Depending on the app, we may receive:

Crash and performance data through Apple's built-in analytics, only if you have opted in to sharing analytics with developers in iOS Settings.
Purchase records handled by Apple. We do not see your payment details.
Game Center and iCloud data such as scores, achievements, and saved progress, stored in your own Apple account and synced by Apple.
Support messages you send us by email or through the contact form on this website, including your name, email address, and anything you include in the message.

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by email using Resend, our email delivery provider. We don't use them for anything other than answering you.

Where a specific app collects anything beyond this, its App Store listing and its in-app privacy notice say so.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data.
We don't use third-party advertising SDKs unless an app's listing says it shows ads.
We don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 unless the App Store listing says otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Retention and deletion

Data stored on your device or in your iCloud account is removed when you delete the app or clear it from iCloud. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request. To ask us to delete anything we hold, email us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
